Bandhavgarh Jeep Safari Timings:

The park is open from October 1st to June 30th, with varying safari timings. From October to January, safaris run from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the morning and from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM in the afternoon. From February to June, safaris operate from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the morning and from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM in the afternoon. Morning safaris are four hours long, while afternoon safaris last three hours. It's recommended to book your safari for the morning slot due to its longer duration.

Tala Jeep Safari – The gate of this zone is just 1 km away from the Tala bus stop, making it easily accessible. It's known as the prime zone for tiger sightings in Bandhavgarh National Park. For both morning and evening safaris, only 20 vehicles are permitted to enter this zone. Due to its popularity, safari tickets frequently sell out within 3-5 minutes of becoming available.

Magadhi Jeep Safari – This zone, located 12 km from the Tala bus stop, is situated southeast of the tiger reserve, adjacent to the Tala zone. It's known as Gate 2 of Bandhavgarh National Park and includes Charger Point, a popular spot within the reserve. Each morning and evening, 20 vehicles are permitted to enter this zone. Single-seat bookings are available for safaris in this zone, as well as in other core zones.

Khitauli Jeep Safari – This zone, also referred to as Gate 3 of Bandhavgarh National Park, is located 5 km from Tala village. It comprises the western part of the tiger reserve and is positioned opposite the Magadhi zone. It's notable for sightings of leopards, sloth bears, and wild dogs. In the morning safari, up to 16 vehicles are permitted entry, while the evening safari allows 15 vehicles. The cost of hiring a guide and vehicle can be shared among the Jeep safari tourists.

Dhamokhar Jeep Safari – This buffer zone extends from the Magadhi zone and is 18 km from the Tala bus stop. Dhamokhar is well-known for its variety of wildlife, including sambar, chital, sloth bears, and leopards. Each day, up to 20 jeeps can enter the zone during both morning and evening shifts.
