Advance payment of 100% is applicable during peak travel seasons to Bandhavgarh (Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, festivals, etc.), for confirmation of accommodation in the hotels/ resorts. We do not accept any changes, modifications, or cancellations of offers. We would provide a similar quality accommodation on the non-availability of the listed resorts.

Method of Payment

Our website is very user-friendly. Overseas advance payments can be made by online bank transfers, Master/Visa debit, or credit card. Foreign visitors can also settle with currency notes, traveler's cheques, or through Master/Visa and American Express credit cards. Credit card payments attract applicable bank charges that will be collected at checkout time.

Policy Regarding Cancellation, No Show, and Early Departure Policy

If you are forced to alter or cancel your journey for any unavoidable reasons, kindly communicate the same in writing to us. From the date of receipt of written notification, cancellation charges will be applicable. Cancellation charges to be recovered would be as under:-

30 days before the date of arrival: 15 % of the tour cost
15 to 29 days before the date of arrival: 40 % of the tour cost
7 to 14 days before the date of arrival: 50 % of the tour cost
2 to 6 days before arrival, then 60% of the tour cost
Within 48 hours of arrival or NO SHOW: NO REFUND

JEEP SAFARI, ARE NON REFUNDABLE
