Refund, Cancellation, Return Policy - Booking Return

Services booked with us must be intimated to us in writing for cancellation within 25 days or before the date it has been booked to the customer. Booking must be canceled with all costs levied in its original form at the time of booking receipt, invoice, & other papers.

Refund

Once the cancellation email is received by the company successfully, we will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or preferred method of refund within 15 working days.

Cancellation and Refund Policy by Service Providers

Just a heads up, we're providing a service, so all deals are automatically "NO REFUND" and "NO CANCELLATION" upon making payments.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings accepted for cancellation can only be done within 24 hours from the time the booking was confirmed. After that, cancellation won't be possible if they've already processed the booking.

Service Delivery Policies:-

We offer safari and accommodation booking services to almost all parts of India. Bookings will be confirmed within 24 hours from our end. We assist 24*7 on all holidays too.

Challenges beyond our control for which we are not liable and would request its users to cooperate as we continuously try to avoid such instances. Also, we have the right to cancel your booking at its sole choice in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the services are physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for the canceled product(s) to your source account.

MODE OF PAYMENT

Our user-friendly website provides options for overseas advance payment through online transfer to our bank through net banking, Master/Visa debit, or credit card. Foreign nationals can make payments through currency notes/traveler cheques or master/visa American Express Credit Card. Please note that in case of payment made through a credit card, the bank charges as applicable would be added to the total amount and will be paid at the same.

Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure

In case you are postponing or canceling your tour/travel due to any unavoidable reasons, you must inform us in writing. Please ensure that cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your mail in writing. The following cancellation policy would be applicable :

30 days before the date of arrival: 15 % of the tour cost

15 to 29 days before the date of arrival: 40 % of the tour cost

7 to 14 days before the date of arrival: 50 % of the tour cost

2 to 6 days before arrival, then 60% of the tour cost

Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND.

Weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year) hotel bookings. A separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
