Payments

You can find reservations for our tour packages or any associated services on our website, or you can also confirm through advance payment. The balance will be collected upon your arrival at the destination before the initiation of our service. We are entitled at our sole and absolute discretion to decide which advances to accept and to specify additional forms of payment as conditions in any service. During the peak season of Bandhavgarh tourism includes Christmas, Holi, Diwali, New Year, and festivals. We require a 100% advance payment for your lodge and resort bookings.

We will offer you alternative accommodation in a similar category in case the above-mentioned resorts are not available.

Payment Mode:

Our website also provides easy online bank transfers and net banking, as well as paying in advance through Master/Visa debit or credit cards. Payment can also be made in cash, traveler's cheques, or through Master/Visa and American Express credit cards. Please note that a bank charge will be levied upon the total amount for payments via credit cards.

Cancellation, No Show, and Early Departure Policy

You can write to us if you wish to reschedule or cancel your tour for some unavoidable reason. Cancellation charges will be levied from the date of receipt of your written notice as follows:

30 days before arriving: 10 percent of the tour cost
15 to 29 days before arriving: 30 percent of the tour cost
7 to 14 days before arriving: 40 percent of tour cost
2 to 6 days before arrival: 50 % of the tour cost
Within 48 hours or a NO SHOW, no refund

Please note also that Jeep and Canter safari bookings are completely non-refundable. For peak seasons (weekends or holidays like Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year), we have a different cancellation policy, which shall be communicated to you as when it applies.

During Holi and Diwali, the park is closed for one day of the event. It also remains closed on Wednesday evenings. However, the park is situated in Madhya Pradesh, and is available throughout the year. The tourists must visit at times to have unforgettable views of wildlife and the breathtaking landscapes of Bandhavgarh National Park.

Our Liabilities and Limitations
As soon as you accept the tour/service cost, be aware that any increase in permit fees of safaris, museum entry, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges as decided by the Government of India will be collected as a surcharge.

Important Note:
In case your safari fails to be booked due to technical errors or seat unavailability, we'll refund the amount to the bank account provided by you and communicate accordingly.
